It all starts at check-in, where you’ll score a surprise if you mention our secret password (psst … it’s “Slip ‘n’ Slide”). The surprise could be free self parking, complimentary tickets to museums or events, suite upgrades, a cocktail voucher – you just never know, and that’s the fun of it.
We’ll boost spirits every morning with enhanced coffee and tea service, now with iced coffee for those of you into cool sips. Later in the day, we’ll offer an afternoon treat in our lobby. It’s refreshing drink called Summer Reviver and is made from chamomile citrus tea, apple juice and natural sparking water. The sips keep on coming during our nightly hosted evening wine hour when we hand out complimentary glasses of wine and sangria, along with small bites from our restaurants. When we’re feeling especially festive (pretty much always!), you’ll also get to enjoy games and activities, like Guitar Hero, chess, Boggle, hula-hooping, tarot card readings and more.
Along the way, make sure to ask our employees about the best things to do and see while you’re in town. They have the inside line on what’s new, cool, tasty and fun. And they’re not afraid to share their secrets. You can even ride off on one of our loaner bikes and see things from a new perspective.
