In Old Town Alexandria, his creative Belgian-American restaurant BRABO and its more casual sibling BRABO Tasting Room were joined last year by The Butcher’s Block, a retail market stocking tasty provisions for picnics, and ready-made lunches and dinners. While we love each of Wiedmaier’s spots, we’re giving … well, three cheers to The Butcher’s Block for its holiday gift baskets.
