Poste Moderne Brassiere Serves Election Cocktails

Eat + Drink

It’s election season, which means you may be throwing support behind your party. You also may simply want to party.

If the latter is the case, then head to Poste Moderne Brasserie in Washington D.C., where head bartender Jason Wiles has created three election-themed cocktails — one for Democrats, one for Tea Partiers and one for Independent voters. They’re available now through Election Day. You can also make your own at home using the recipes below.

On Election Day, Poste will raise spirits especially high with all-day happy hour (the cocktails will be available for $10) and bar menu service until 1 a.m.

The winning party’s cocktail will stay on the menu through the Inauguration. Choose wisely, citizens!
