In Maine, it’s illegal to keep your Christmas decorations up past Jan. 14. In South Carolina you can’t legally play pinball until you’re 18 (that’s if you can find a pinball machine, we imagine). And in Connecticut it is forbidden to pirouette while crossing the street. Yup, silly rules are everywhere.
